Foundation Activates First Bursaries in Lamwo

The Okee Barmich Valerian Foundation has activated its first round of bursaries for students in Lamwo District. The programme begins in Pangira and Lokung, the ancestral home of the late Hon. Okee Barmich Valerian, starting next school term.

This is a direct continuation of what he spent his life doing quietly: paying school fees, writing proposals, and believing in people who needed someone in their corner.

“That work did not die with him on the 13th of April. We are not starting with words. We are starting with action.”
